Meeting Minutes

The Meadows PA HOA board meets 4 times per year, once per quarter.

Anyone can attend any meeting to address any concerns, make suggestions, or seek discussion by emailing the Board in order that you may be put onto that meeting’s agenda and to be sure that we have ample space for everyone as we typically meet at one of the board member’s residences.

Once per year (usually late spring / early summer) there is a publicized, general meeting held either inside the township building on Beagle Club Road - or - weather permitting, underneath the outdoor picnic pavilion next to the township building on Beagle Club Road.

All Meadows PA HOA members are invited and urged to attend to be updated on the financial state of the HOA and hear directly from the board members relative to the focus, plans and direction of the HOA.
